|Description:||The Program Director is responsible for the development, implementation and evaluation of the Life Transition Center's programs and services. Provides leadership and management of LTC's staff and programs including outreach, scheduling, training, and evaluation. Serves as a facilitator to support groups and provides clinical supervision to employed and contracted facilitators. Work hours vary-including evening and possible weekend. |
|Qualifications:||Master's level degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, clinical Psychology, or related mental health field, from an accredited institution. Highest level of licensure or certification required by the state. Minimum of 3 years of post-graduate experience, including both clinical and administrative/management experience. Experience supervising others required. EOE. |
